The booking process for Dynamic DJ’s is convenient and straight forward. We offer different ways to book and pay. Select tab below corresponding to the method that is most convenient for you.

Before you book though you may like to check our availability if you have not already. It is optional but you can click the check availability link below to make sure we have availability for your event.

How To Book

Book Online (Our Preference)

Booking Online is our preferred method. It’s quick and convenient.  If you have not done so already please obtain a online quote first (or call us for one) so we can confirm your booking price. Once you know the agreed price click here (or press the button below) and complete the online booking form. If you experience difficulties with the online booking form or do not receive a confirmation from us within 24 hours then please contact us so we can assist you or investigate further. Book Online

Download A Booking Form

 If you are not comfortable or confident booking online then you can download a booking form by clicking the download button below. You will then need to print out, complete and  post, fax or scan and email the form to us. If you experience difficulties downloading and printing the form or do not receive a confirmation from us within 24 hours (1 week if posting) then please contact us so we can assist you or investigate further. NOTE: Bookings received without deposits will be processed and an email will be sent to you indicating your booking is pending receipt of the deposit. Once the deposit is received a formal confirmation is emailed. The deposit required for all bookings is $110.00 (schools, associations, venues, agencies & corporate bookings exempted).

Making Payments

Deposits and payment of outstanding balances can be paid by any of the following methods. Select tab below corresponding to the method that is most convenient for you.

Online Bank Transfer

 Direct Deposit into our bank account: Commonwealth Bank Dynamic DJs BSB: 062-820 Account: 1018 8922. Use your name and event date as a reference e.g. ‘Sutton121011’. Allow 24-48 hours for the payment to hit our bank account following which we will email you acknowledging receipt of your deposit and confirming your booking.

PayPal/Credit Card

 Credit Card/PayPal – You can pay using your credit card by connecting to our Secure Payment Gateway. You enter the details of your event, the amount you wish to pay then progress through to the fully secure PayPal web site where you can either pay using your credit card (you do not have to be a paypal user) or you can login and pay using your own paypal account. Note a surcharge of 2% applies which maybe shown as GST on your payment receipt. A receipt and/or confirmation is issued for all payments received. Cheque/Money Order

Cheque or Money Order – Simply include your payment made out to Dynamic DJs along with the booking form and post it off to us. Once received a confirmation is emailed to you if an email address was provided otherwise a confirmation will be posted back to you along with any other paperwork that you will need to complete 2 weeks prior to your event.

Invoices & Payment Terms

All corporate clients, venues, schools, agencies and associations will be issued a tax invoice one week prior to the event for the full amount and payment is due on or shortly after the event date.

For private functions the balance of payment is due on or prior to the event date. The payments can be made by any of the above methods. Receipts will be issued for any amounts paid prior to the event date.

REMEMBER:You will always receive a confirmation of your booking by email so if you don’t get one please check with us as no confirmation means NO BOOKING.

Availability Checker

Click the link below to check our availability. If we do have availability great, you can go ahead and make a booking knowing that we have a DJ available for your event. If we don’t have any availability then sorry, it means we are really busy on this date BUT do not despair, we usually hold back 1 or 2 booking slots in reserve so if you are really keen to book our services or you struggle to find another DJ please give us a call as we maybe able to help.
