Our friendly office staff are there to take your calls, emails or faxes Monday to Saturday and to offer whatever assistance we can in relation to your music requirements for your event. No matter how you contact us you can expect a speedy reply because our office is staffed AT ALL TIMES.
Our office staff take care of quoting, booking, payment, offering advice, allocating your DJ and following up to ensure that you receive and return all required paperwork.
Your Disc Jockey/MC
We have a large base of DJ's of varying ages and skill sets so when you book with Dynamic DJ's you can be sure we have taken your DJ preferences into account when allocating your DJ. Your DJ will work with you on the night to ensure that he or she is as helpful as possible without being too out there and over the top.
The DJ will speak on the microphone with personality, flair and a nice clear voice but will not be over bearing. Your DJ will be fully aware of your specific requirements and make any announcements you wish. As an added service, your DJ can take on the role of MC at a small additional charge.Your DJ will be happy to play all your requests and those of your guests (at your discretion). Your DJ will provide you the best customer service possible. The high level of professionalism of these fully trained DJ's is the main reason that Dynamic DJ's has become one of the largest and most successful mobile DJ entertainment companies.
DJ Presentation
Your DJ will be appropriately dressed for your function. For example - suit for weddings and corporate functions or neat casual wear for parties. It is usually best for your DJ to blend in with your guests when it comes to clothing, so please advise if there are any special dress requirements. If you are having a themed event (e.g. Back to the 70's, Famous Faces, etc) then for a small additional cost we can ensure your DJ turns up in full themed costume.
